Symposium for new employees

In order to fully learn about the growth of new employees, increase communication with them, and stimulate their enthusiasm, the HR department held a symposium for new employees in the conference room on the third floor of the  canteen ,on December 19.

   During the meeting, each new employee introduced themselves. Then combining with their experiences at the company ,they talked about their feelings, asked some questions and made some suggestions. They expressed their thoughts and ideas one after another, reflecting the vigor and vitality of new employees. 

From the professional perspective of human resources, the office director, Huiming Zhou, focused on answering the questions about transferring to regular staff and career planning that employees are most concerned about.He explained how new employees can become the talents the company needs from five aspects :

1. Be Good at communication.Learn the communication skills with leaders, colleagues and cross-departments.

2.Be able to write.The writing materials should be simple and clear, and the center should be prominent.

3.Be able to calculate accounts and know how to save costs for the company.

4.Can think of problems and be good at solving problems.

5.Know how to do work, you must master the knowledge and skills of the work, and do your job well.

She said that we should combine our knowledge and accumulated experience with the actual situation of the enterprise, In the meantime we should learn more and see more at work, and learn to "double check" and analyze the reasons of success and failure. Finally, find your position and make yourself valuable.

   Through this forum, new employees expressed that they have benefited a lot. They agreed that although the time for joining the company was short, the company's training and care for new employees made them feel the warmth of the enterprise family, made them take a solid step in their life, and strengthened their confidence and determination to serve the enterprise.
